FORWARD AND FORWARD+

Meet us on the dance floor for our signature 50-minute nonstop, easy-to-follow, high-energy class driven by the inherent power of music and movement! Try FORWARD for a continuous cardio vibe with an easy choreographed combo at the end, or hit up FORWARD+ for the same continuous cardio vibe, plus a more in-depth choreographed routine.


FORWARD__FIRE

Grab a set of 2- and 4-pound weights and head to the dance floor where we’ll ignite your muscles with athletic conditioning and interval dance breaks.


FORWARD__FORMS  

Move out of your head and into your body as we dive into technique, musicality and artistry through contemporary movement and choreography. You’ll move to everyone from Radiohead to John Legend to Florence + The Machine. Again, no experience necessary!


FIRE + FLOOR

This 50-minute class blends the weight-based athletic conditioning of FIRE, dance intervals, and deeply integrated floor movements to move, ignite, lengthen and strengthen from the inside out. We'll have a mat ready for you!
