Try FORWARD for a continuous cardio vibe with an easy choreographed combo at the end, or hit up FORWARD+ for the same continuous cardio vibe, plus a more in-depth choreographed routine.
Grab a set of 2 and 4-pound weights and head to the dance floor where we’ll ignite your muscles with athletic conditioning and interval dance breaks.
Move out of your head and into your body as we dive into technique, musicality and artistry through contemporary movement and choreography. You’ll move to everyone from Radiohead to John Legend to Florence + The Machine. Again, no experience necessary!
