24 SPRING ST SAFETY PROTOCOLS + GUIDELINES

The health and safety of our FORWARD__Space team and guests is our top priority. We are activating practices and protocols to ensure a safe and spacious experience for all. 

With this, please review FORWARD__Space’s updated protocols and safety guidelines.

MASK POLICY 

Everyone who enters the space is required to be fully vaccinated. According to the CDC, a person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after their second dose in a 2-dose series (such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines) or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine (such as Johnson & Johnson).

We continue to welcome and encourage wearing masks at FORWARD__Space, but no longer require this of our guests.

CHECK-IN PROCESS 

All guests are required to: 

Please arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the start of class. Late arrivals will not be permitted. 

Provide the Front of House teams with proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. 

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO DANCE 

Ensure your current information (phone number, email, address) in your FS Mindbody account is up to date. 

If any of the following apply to you, please reschedule your visit to FS and take easeful care: 

  • You don’t feel well and are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms

  • Have a temperature of over 99 degrees

  • Have had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 

THE SPACE 

The entire space, check-in areas and any shared surfaces will be routinely sanitized. Hand weights will be heavily disinfected, and used once - twice per day. 

There will be a touchless hand sanitizer station and hand sanitizers throughout the space available for use. Complimentary masks will be provided if needed at any time. 

FORWARD__Space has certified HVAC MERV-13 filtration systems, which have been inspected and approved by the NYC Health Department. 

 

Additional HEPA Air Purifiers are located in the Space. 

FORWARD__Fresh teams practice heightened deep-cleaning processes and daily disinfecting protocols, with use of disinfectant products meeting the EPA’s criteria for use against COVID-19
